Where to find Cooler Perfume Bottle
You can find the Chilling Perfume Bottle in the Lamenter's Gaol dungeon, located in the southern part of Charo's Hidden Grave area.
Inside Lamenter's Gaol, head down the icy cavern and turn left just before the closed door ahead. Defeat the enemy here, then turn left. Stop just before you exit into a larger, open area with a bridge, but use the door on your right instead. Defeat a few enemies here and grab the Gaol Upper Level Key from the chest.
Go back to the closed door near the beginning of the dungeon and use the Gaol Upper Level Key to open it. There is a staircase behind the door, so take it down to the lower level.
Beware of enemies in this room covered in ice as you head towards the door on the right. In this room, you'll find a Bottle of Cold Perfume on a corpse, which will eventually grant you the ability to spray icy mist on anything that stands between you and victory.
